- It has been a very worthwhile endeavor and has strengthened our team.
a District we have contracted work with Positive Culture so I have had
a variety of opportunities to work with Laurie, Rob and Melanie. It is
an art to capture what people are thinking and saying in a visual
document and it is through their background knowledge and questioning
techniques that they accomplish this.
- The process was
exciting. I appreciated the genuine interest that Positive
Culture brought to the project to gain a clear understanding of Early
Learning, visiting classroom environments as well as referring to the
resource books we were able to provide them with in preparation for the
input gathering session with our teachers.
- They (Rob,
Laurie & Melanie) truly are talented at bringing a group together
and creating a safe yet energetic setting. Our teachers felt
confident in brainstorming their ideas and thinking with them.
The unveiling of the final mural was even more exciting and truly
captured all the brainstorming into an organized masterpiece.
teachers felt very valued. This info-mural was created by our
collective voice confirming we are all moving along this journey
together. It is a visual document that we will continue to
revisit within our District and with our community partners.
Other ‘Mural Input’ Scenarios
clients send us written pages of info for us to ‘digest’ and
custom-design into an info-mural – we analyze and generate a ‘mock-up’
for tweaking and finalizing with the client utilizing teleconference
and emailed digital images of the proposal.
- Sometimes, our
client is a small group of folks who work with us over the phone - we
listen, ask questions and generate a ‘mock-up’ based on their input -
final tweaks are made with the Client before ‘inking it’.
we gather input from multiple stakeholder groups – through an engaging
‘World Café’ process – which then results in a final, all-encompassing
summary ‘info-mural’ of inputs gathered from the multiple sessions.
