The Importance of Celebrating Success

 

At Positive Culture Company we believe it is important to celebrate success so we build  a celebration into most of our workshops.

​

 

The celebration exercise helps the group look back at their progress and recognize that progress together.  This exercise helps all participants get into a positive forward thinking mode sewing the seeds for a productive and collaborative planning processes,

Once a celebration graphic has been created, recognizing the hard work that has gone before the group usually feels empowered and will hang the mural in a prominent place to continue the celebration. Other publish the graphic on-line and share it via social media.
